Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the AI Usage Skill Visualizer and its related website, browser extension, analysis functions, and report-generation functions collectively provided by TLC (“TLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Article 1 — Application

These Terms apply to all matters concerning access to and use of the Service and to the relationship between TLC and users in connection with the Service.

Any rules, notices, instructions, or policies posted within the Service, including the Privacy Policy and Data Handling page, form part of these Terms.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and an individual notice or condition displayed for a particular function, the individual notice or condition will apply to that function.

Article 2 — Service Description

The Service analyzes information submitted by users and generates reference information concerning the user’s use of AI.

The Service may provide functions including:

• Analysis of AI conversation logs

• Analysis of text, URLs, images, and uploaded files

• Analysis of decisions, revisions, selections, rejections, and changes of direction

• Analysis of relationships between AI conversations and submitted outputs

• Display of scores, comments, summaries, and evaluation information

• Generation and download of PDF reports

• Extraction and formatting of AI conversation logs through the AI Visualization Log Extractor browser extension

• Other functions related to AI usage analysis

The details, availability, supported file types, input limits, and operating conditions of the Service may change without prior notice.

Article 3 — Beta Version and Trial Operation

The Service may be provided as a beta version, preview version, experimental function, or trial operation.

During such periods, the Service may:

• Contain errors or incomplete functions

• Produce inconsistent results

• Be temporarily unavailable

• Be changed without prior notice

• Have limitations on access, input, output, or report generation

• Be discontinued in whole or in part

Users acknowledge these characteristics before using the Service.

Article 4 — Eligibility and Use by Minors

Users must have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms.

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

A user who uses the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity represents that the user has authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

Article 5 — Fees

The applicable fees, payment conditions, and available functions will be displayed on the Service or its website before a paid service is provided.

During a beta or trial period, all or part of the Service may be provided free of charge.

TLC will not charge users without displaying the applicable price and obtaining any consent required for the relevant transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, users are responsible for communication charges, internet access charges, and other costs required to access the Service.

Conditions concerning cancellation, refunds, subscription periods, or renewal will be displayed separately if paid functions are introduced.

Article 6 — Submitted Information

Users are responsible for the information they submit to the Service.

Submitted information may include:

• AI conversation logs

• Output text

• Output titles and descriptions

• URLs

• Images

• PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PNG, JPG, and other supported files

• Names or nicknames entered for inclusion in a PDF report

• Other information voluntarily provided by the user

Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to submit such information.

Users must not submit:

• Information that violates laws or regulations

• Information that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, or other rights of a third party

• Information obtained or disclosed without proper authorization

• False, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawfully altered information

• Passwords, authentication credentials, or security codes

• Financial account information

• Government-issued identification numbers

• Highly sensitive personal or confidential information that is not necessary for the analysis

• Malware, harmful code, or data intended to disrupt the Service

• Any other information that TLC reasonably determines to be inappropriate

Users should review conversation logs and files and remove unnecessary personal, confidential, or third-party information before submission.

Article 7 — Rights in Submitted Information

Ownership of information submitted by a user remains with the user or the applicable rights holder.

The user grants TLC and the service providers used by TLC a limited, non-exclusive right to process submitted information only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the analysis requested by the user

• Generate and display results

• Generate a PDF report

• Maintain the user’s active session

• Prevent misuse and maintain security

• Investigate a specific technical issue reported by the user

• Comply with applicable law

This permission does not transfer ownership of submitted information to TLC.

Submitted conversation logs and outputs are not intended to be used by TLC for advertising, sale to third parties, or training AI models.

The handling of submitted information is further described in the Privacy Policy and Data Handling page.

Article 8 — Storage and Availability of Data

TLC does not provide permanent cloud storage for submitted conversation logs, submitted outputs, analysis results, or generated PDF reports.

Submitted information and generated data may be processed or held temporarily in application memory, session state, caches, or external processing systems while the requested analysis or report generation is being performed.

Users are responsible for downloading and storing any PDF report or other information they wish to retain.

TLC does not guarantee that submitted information, analysis results, or generated reports can be restored after:

• The session ends

• The session expires

• The browser is closed

• The Service is reset

• Data is cleared by the user

• A technical error occurs

• The Service is changed or discontinued

Article 9 — Analysis Results

The Service uses automated processing to generate scores, comments, summaries, and other evaluation information.

Analysis results are reference assessments based only on the information submitted by the user.

The results may be affected by:

• The amount and quality of submitted information

• Whether the conversation history is complete

• Whether decisions and revisions can be identified

• Whether rejected alternatives are included

• Whether the submitted output can be connected to the conversation history

• Technical limitations of automated analysis

TLC does not guarantee:

• Accuracy

• Completeness

• Objectivity

• Reproducibility

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• That identical or similar inputs will always produce identical results

• Any result concerning employment, recruitment, promotion, education, contracts, business performance, or other decisions

The Service is not a professional certification, official qualification, employment assessment, or guarantee of a user’s ability.

Users must not rely on the analysis results as the sole basis for employment, education, financial, legal, medical, contractual, or other important decisions.

Users are responsible for reviewing and interpreting the results before using or sharing them.

Article 10 — PDF Reports

The Service may allow users to generate and download PDF reports containing analysis results.

A PDF report reflects the submitted information and analysis results available at the time of generation.

Users must not:

• Falsify or materially alter a report

• Misrepresent the source, meaning, date, score, or content of a report

• Present a report as an official qualification or certification

• Use a report to deceive another person

• Remove or alter identifiers in a manner intended to conceal fraudulent modification

TLC does not guarantee that a downloaded report will remain available through the Service after the user’s session ends.

Article 11 — AI Visualization Log Extractor

TLC may provide the browser extension AI Visualization Log Extractor.

The extension supports designated AI services, which may include ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

The extension accesses conversation content displayed on a supported page only when the user explicitly operates it.

The extension may format the displayed conversation and copy the extracted text to the user’s clipboard.

The extension itself does not automatically:

• Submit extracted content to the AI Usage Skill Visualizer

• Start an analysis

• Store extracted conversation content on TLC’s servers

• Transmit extracted conversation content to TLC

• Access unrelated pages or conversations

Users are responsible for reviewing extracted content before pasting it into the Service.

TLC does not guarantee continued compatibility with third-party AI services, browsers, or changes to their page structures.

Article 12 — Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Service, including its software, systems, interfaces, designs, text, images, analysis methods, scoring structures, report formats, and other materials, belong to TLC or their respective lawful rights holders.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, users may not:

• Reproduce or distribute the Service or its materials

• Modify or create derivative works from the Service

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

• Extract or reproduce the analysis logic or scoring structure

• Remove copyright, trademark, or other rights notices

• Use TLC’s name, trademarks, designs, or materials in a manner that suggests unauthorized endorsement

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right in the Service to a user.

Article 13 — Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive purposes

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws

• Infringe the rights of TLC or any third party

• Submit information without appropriate authority

• Impersonate another person or organization

• Circumvent input limits, access restrictions, security measures, or usage controls

• Use automated means to access the Service excessively

• Overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service

• Introduce malware or harmful code

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts

• Exploit errors or vulnerabilities

• Fraudulently alter or misuse analysis results or PDF reports

• Resell or commercially provide the Service without TLC’s authorization

• Use the Service to make unlawful or unfair decisions about another person

• Assist or encourage any prohibited conduct

• Engage in any other conduct that TLC reasonably determines may harm the Service, TLC, users, or third parties

TLC may restrict or suspend access when it reasonably determines that a user has violated these Terms.

Article 14 — External Services

The Service may depend on external services for functions including:

• Application hosting

• AI-based analysis

• File and text processing

• PDF generation

• Access analytics

• Error monitoring

• Security

• Browser-extension distribution

TLC does not control the availability, specifications, security, or terms of external services.

The Service may become unavailable or change as a result of changes, failures, restrictions, or discontinuation of an external service.

Use of an external service may also be subject to the terms and privacy policy of its provider.

Article 15 — Changes, Suspension, and Discontinuation

TLC may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary, including for:

• Maintenance

• Security

• System failure

• Technical changes

• Changes to external services

• Legal or regulatory requirements

• Prevention of misuse

• Operational or business reasons

• Improvement or replacement of the Service

When reasonably practicable, TLC may provide notice through the Service or website.

TLC does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Article 16 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TLC makes no express or implied warranty concerning:

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• Accuracy or completeness of analysis results

• Compatibility with every browser, device, file, or AI service

• Preservation or recoverability of data

• Suitability for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement of third-party rights in information submitted by users

• Achievement of any particular outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Article 17 — Limitation of Liability

TLC is not liable for damage arising from:

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate information submitted by a user

• A user’s interpretation or use of analysis results

• Loss of submitted information or generated reports

• A user’s failure to download or retain a report

• Suspension, interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service

• Failure or modification of an external service

• Unauthorized use of a user’s device or browser

• Disputes between users and third parties

• Conduct that violates these Terms

However, this limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability arising from TLC’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Where TLC is liable for ordinary negligence in connection with a consumer contract, TLC’s liability will be limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to direct and ordinary damage actually incurred by the user.

Article 18 — Changes to These Terms

TLC may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary due to:

• Changes to the Service

• Changes to fees or operating conditions

• Changes to external services

• Changes to law or regulation

• Security or operational requirements

Revised Terms will take effect on the date stated when they are posted on the website.

Users who continue to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by applicable law.

Article 19 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Article 20 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the location of TLC’s principal place of business as the agreed court of first instance, except where another jurisdiction is required under applicable law.
