  • Analyze the user’s AI usage skills

  • Generate scores and evaluation comments

  • Identify decisions, revisions, selections, rejections, and changes of direction

  • Examine how the user’s decisions were reflected in the submitted output

  • Display the analysis results

Submitted conversation logs and outputs are not used by TLC for advertising.

They are not sold to third parties.

They are not used by TLC to train AI models or to improve the scoring system.

Storage and Retention

TLC does not provide permanent storage for submitted conversation logs, submitted outputs, analysis results, or generated PDF reports.

Submitted conversation logs and outputs may be temporarily processed in application memory, session state, caches, or external processing systems while the requested analysis or PDF generation is being performed.

TLC does not intentionally retain submitted conversation logs or submitted outputs after they are no longer required to complete the requested processing.

Analysis results and generated PDF data may remain temporarily available during the active session. Once the session ends or expires, the results may no longer be recoverable.

Users should download and store any PDF report they wish to keep.

External Processing Services

The Service may use external service providers for functions such as:

  • Application hosting

  • AI-based analysis

  • File and text processing

  • PDF generation

  • Access analytics

  • Error monitoring and security

Only the information reasonably necessary to perform the requested function is processed through these services.

Depending on the provider’s infrastructure, data may be processed on servers located outside Japan or outside the user’s country of residence.

The handling of data by external service providers is governed by their respective privacy policies, contractual obligations, security measures, and applicable laws.

Manual Review

TLC does not routinely read or manually review submitted conversation logs or outputs.

Submitted content may be reviewed only in limited circumstances, including:

  • When the user voluntarily includes the content in a support inquiry

  • When review is necessary to investigate a specific problem reported by the user

  • When necessary to prevent misuse or respond to a security incident

  • When required by law

AI Visualization Log Extractor

The browser extension AI Visualization Log Extractor supports designated AI services, including:

  • ChatGPT

  • Claude

  • Gemini

The extension accesses conversation content displayed on the current page only when the user explicitly operates it.

The extension processes the displayed conversation locally within the user’s browser and copies the extracted log to the user’s clipboard.

The extension itself does not automatically:

  • Upload conversation content to TLC

  • Transmit extracted content to an external server

  • Store extracted conversation content

  • Paste the log into the AI Usage Skill Visualizer

  • Start an analysis

  • Access unrelated pages or conversations

When the user chooses to paste the extracted log into the AI Usage Skill Visualizer, the submitted data is handled as described on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

Before submitting any information, users should review the content and remove information that is not necessary for the analysis.

Please do not submit:

  • Passwords or authentication information

  • Financial account information

  • Government-issued identification numbers

  • Medical or health information

  • Trade secrets

  • Highly confidential company information

  • Unpublished third-party information

  • Personal information that you are not authorized to submit

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit conversation logs, files, images, URLs, and other information relating to third parties.

Analysis Results

The Service generates automated reference assessments based only on the information submitted by the user.

The results may be affected by:

  • The amount of information submitted

  • The clarity of the decision-making process

  • Whether revisions and rejected alternatives can be identified

  • Whether the submitted output can be connected to the conversation history

The results are not absolute evaluations and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

They should not be used as the sole basis for employment, education, financial, legal, medical, or other important decisions.

Security

TLC takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, alteration, and misuse.

However, no internet-based service or electronic transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Users should remove unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information before submitting data.
