Privacy Policy
TLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AI Usage Skill Visualizer (the “Service”).
We recognize the importance of protecting users’ personal information and other information submitted through the Service. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, how it is used, and how it is handled.
Article 1 — Information We Process
The Service may process the following categories of information.

Users may submit information including:

Article 2 — Purposes of Processing

Submitted conversation logs and outputs are not used by TLC for advertising or sale to third parties.
Article 3 — Handling of Submitted Conversation Logs and Outputs
Conversation logs, text, files, images, URLs, and other outputs submitted by users are processed only to perform the analysis requested by the user and generate the requested results.
TLC does not intentionally retain submitted conversation logs or submitted outputs after they are no longer required to complete the requested processing.
Submitted conversation logs and outputs are not used by TLC to train AI models or to improve the scoring or analysis system.
TLC does not manually review submitted content for general service improvement.
Submitted content may be reviewed only in limited circumstances, such as:

When the user voluntarily provides the content as part of a support inquiry

When review is necessary to investigate a specific technical problem reported by the user

When necessary to prevent misuse or address a security incident

When required by law
Submitted information may be held temporarily in application memory, session state, caches, or processing systems while the analysis or PDF generation is being performed.
External service providers may temporarily process submitted information within the scope necessary to provide the Service. Their handling and retention of information are governed by their respective security measures, contracts, and privacy practices.
Users should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the analysis.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit conversation logs, files, images, and other information containing data relating to third parties.
Article 4 — Generated Results and PDF Reports
Analysis results and PDF reports are generated for the user’s requested evaluation.
TLC does not provide permanent cloud storage for generated reports.
PDF reports are intended to be downloaded and stored by the user.
Generated data may be held temporarily during the active session or for the technical period necessary to complete generation and download.
Once session data is no longer available, TLC may not be able to restore a previously generated analysis result or PDF report.
Article 5 — Automated Analysis
The Service uses automated processing to analyze submitted information and generate scores, comments, and evaluation results.
These results are reference assessments based only on the submitted content.
They are not intended to produce legal effects or other similarly significant decisions concerning the user.
Users should not rely on the results as the sole basis for employment, education, financial, legal, medical, or other important decisions.
Article 6 — External Service Providers
The Service may use external service providers for functions including:

Application and website hosting

AI-based analysis processing

File and text processing

PDF generation
-
Access analytics

Error monitoring

Security

Inquiry management
Only information reasonably necessary to perform the applicable function is provided to such service providers.
Depending on the provider and its infrastructure, information may be processed on servers located outside Japan or outside the user’s country of residence.
External service providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws.
TLC does not sell users’ personal information or submitted content.
Article 7 — Disclosure to Third Parties
TLC does not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

When disclosure is necessary to provide the Service through an external service provider

When necessary to protect a person’s life, physical safety, rights, or property

Article 8 — AI Visualization Log Extractor
TLC may provide the browser extension AI Visualization Log Extractor.
The extension supports designated AI services, including:

ChatGPT
-
Claude
-
Gemini
The extension accesses conversation content displayed on a supported AI service only when the user explicitly operates the extension.
The extension formats the conversation displayed on the page into a text log that can be used with the AI Usage Skill Visualizer.
The extracted content is processed locally within the user’s browser and is displayed to the user or copied to the user’s clipboard.
The extension itself does not automatically:

Transmit extracted conversation content to TLC

Upload extracted content to the Service
-
Store extracted conversation content on an external server
-
Start an analysis
-
Access unrelated pages or conversations
When a user chooses to paste an extracted log into the AI Usage Skill Visualizer, the handling described in Article 3 applies.
Article 9 — Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service and its website may use cookies, session storage, local storage, and similar technologies for purposes including:

Maintaining application sessions

Preserving temporary interface state

Providing essential website functions

Preventing misuse

Analyzing general access and usage trends
Users may manage or disable cookies through their browser settings or available website cookie settings.
Disabling essential cookies or storage may prevent some functions from operating correctly.
Article 10 — Retention
TLC retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods differ depending on the type of information.

Submitted conversation logs and outputs are not intentionally retained by TLC after the requested processing is complete.

Session information and generated PDF data may be held temporarily for the duration necessary to provide the Service.

Inquiry records may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and maintain an appropriate record of communications.

Access, analytics, error, and security logs may be retained according to operational needs and the settings of the applicable service provider.

Information may be retained for a longer period when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire within a reasonable period.
Article 11 — Security Measures
TLC takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information against:

However, no internet-based service or electronic transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Users should review submitted conversation logs and files and remove unnecessary personal or confidential information before submitting them.

Subject to applicable law, users may request:

Deletion of retained information

Suspension or restriction of certain processing

Information concerning the handling of their personal information
Because submitted conversation logs, outputs, and generated reports are not intended to be retained by TLC after processing, TLC may not be able to retrieve, disclose, correct, or delete such information after the session or temporary processing period has ended.
Requests may be submitted through the Service’s contact page.
TLC may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request.
Article 13 — Use by Minors
Users who are minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
Users should not submit personal information relating to children unless they have the authority and a valid reason to do so.
Article 14 — Changes to This Privacy Policy
TLC may revise this Privacy Policy when necessary due to:
